What you’ll get from me

  • Regular 60 minute, 1-on-1 sessions (virtual, in person or by phone) for an agreed number of months (customisable)

  • Three meetings with you and your manager/sponsor at the start, mid-point and finish of the coaching engagement

  • Guidance and support via email

  • A one-hour follow-up coaching session 60-90 days after we’ve completed the coaching engagement

  • Access to one-off coaching sessions for accountability, follow-up or one-time issues and concerns after we’ve completed the coaching engagement (for an additional fee)
