Leadership Coaching

Discover Your Power

As a leader, you have a lot of responsibilities - to the people on your team and the people whose team you are on. Coaching offers a space that is all for you. A space in which you can think out loud, discover what you’ve been saying to yourself and explore new ways of thinking and being - all without judgment, pressure or expectation.

When I work with people, their agenda becomes my agenda. We start with what is important to you - your values. What kind of leader do you want to be? What do you want to be easier? What do you want to accomplish?

Don’t know what needs to be different, but you know something needs to change? That’s ok too. Coaching starts with where you are.

I love coaching, because it is a very empowering process. I bring energy and zeal to our coaching sessions. You bring you - your issues and concerns and an open mind. And you leave you - but maybe a little lighter, a little more confident and a little more authentic.

Some things people like to explore with me:

  • Resolving conflict

  • Work-life balance

  • Delegating work

  • Communicating effectively

  • Improving your resilience

  • Setting and maintaining boundaries

People come to coaching for any number of reasons, and they always walk away with something unexpected. Maybe it is better sleep, a higher performing team or even a new career pathway.

I love finding out what they got that they didn’t expect.

How it works

    Plan with Purpose

We agree on how we are going to work together and then set goals, so we are on the same page.

    Build trust

We talk about what you want to talk about. I listen and ask questions, so we can get clear on what is important to you.

    Adapt as Needed

I coach you the way you want to be coached. I stay flexible and responsive to make sure the process fits your flow—not the other way around.

    Achieve your Goals

You’ll practice new ways of thinking and new behaviors, and you’ll discover a new version of yourself.

The most important element of coaching is trust between you and your coach. So the first step is to have chat to see if we connect.

Ask me any questions you to have to see if we’re a good fit. If we’re not, I might be able to recommend someone who is.
